Svajunas Grybe is a dynamic filmmaker / artist with 15 years of experience in video content production for high-end fashion and advertising clients.
Was born and raised in Lithuania in 1980 during the Soviet era. Coming of age in the early post soviet period in the 1990s the distinctive characteristics of the youth of that era are a strong sense of community collaboration and a DIY spirit. Youth culture in Eastern Europe was much less commercial and commodified. Bold and ready to confront the ways of the old generation which is insistent on so-called traditional values and intolerant of difference.
Relocated to London in 2001 where he picked up his first VHS cam and documented London's nightlife. Several years later his works have been displayed in contemporary galleries across Europe.
Svajunas Grybe has collaborated with many award-winning video directors, artists and brands within the UK and Europe. His work has won several awards and has been widely published across numerous online platforms.
